my stay was fantastic. i’ve stayed at other hotels in london before, but this one really surpassed my expectations. the decor was stunning with a natural vibe, and the staff made everything feel special throughout my relaxing holiday.

i had an amazing stay at 1 hotel mayfair! the decor is stunning, and the implementation of nature throughout gives it a cozy yet modern feel. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially at the front desk. also, the gym facilities are top-notch! perfect location, just a short walk to the tube.

Had a blast with my friends! We explored Piccadilly Circus for shopping and dining, then took a guided tour of Westminster Abbey—so inspiring! The room was spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Don't miss the restaurant. the T-bone steak is a must-try!

Breakfast was disappointing. The choices were limited, and the coffee took way too long to arrive. Not the best start to the day!

Some rooms could benefit from maintenance updates!!! Fridge noise disrupted sleep, while inconsistent housekeeping left dirty items!!! Prices for minibar were shockingly high!!! more value expected for the cost.

Beautiful modern decor throughout the hotel.

During my stay, the housekeeping service was incredibly disappointing. My room had dirty cups left uncollected for days, and the coffee pods were not replenished. I faced several maintenance issues, such as a broken bathroom door handle that wasn't addressed, and the electric socket almost came loose when I unplugged my charger.

Enjoyed a pleasant night in a spacious King room. The hotel is conveniently located, though traffic can be heavy nearby. Management should enhance communication about amenities, especially dining. Found the staff friendly in most interactions, especially during breakfast. Tip, check restaurant availability before your stay.

the room was super modern n clean, really comfy too. we were greeted real nice by the doorman which was a great start. location was awesome, right near green park tube. had a lovely view from our suite, and everything we needed was so close.

only issue was the slow wifi, kinda annoying when u wanna stream. and the air conditioning wasn’t as effective as expected.

The dining scene here is a real delight, mate! Don’t miss the nearby Gymkhana for its mouthwatering Indian dishes, and the Dovetail staff were brilliant— friendly as you like and super accommodating. The hotel’s eco-friendly vibe just adds that cherry on top!
